i reserve the right to decline any commission request due to complexity, subject matter, or other factors that may result in my discomfort

client must provide clear visual references of both the character and pose for the commission (even super rough sketches are okay!!)

i retain the rights to all my artwork

client must not edit, trace, distribute, modify, or credit the commissioned artwork as their own

clients are prohibited to use any commission(s) from me for technology relating to NFTs or AI

commissions are for personal use only, commercial use is prohibited (with the exception of pngtubers)

credit @jellologs accordingly

posts of commission(s) on social media should use the watermarked version

PAYMENT UPFRONT via paypal invoice in USD unless discussed otherwise

partial payments can be discussed (50% is required for waitlist)

full refunds can be issued if requested before starting your commission

a partial or full refund (depending on the timeframe) may be issued at any time if i am unable to complete your commission due to personal circumstances

a maximum of 2 major revisions (such as pose changes, outfit changes, etc.) will be allowed during the rough sketching process and no further revisions past the sketch phase

please note: minor colour adjustments in clothing, skin tone, hair colour, etc. are free of charge

work-in-progress updates will be provided to the client as the commission is worked on and can also be provided upon request

commissions will take up to 2 months to complete once it's started unless stated otherwise or a deadline is arranged beforehand

tight deadlines/rush orders will result in additional costs

generally work at my own pace so i would appreciate if i'm not rushed!!

clients will be informed if i'm unable to meet our agreed deadline and appropriate compensation will be arranged
